Nur’ Afifah obtained her Diploma in Art and Theatre Management at Republic Polytechnic. During her time there, she spearheaded a sensory theatre production titled, Toby’s Journey, for Autism Spectrum Disorder audiences at various venues such as Aliwal Art Centre, The Arts House and Johor Bahru.
Art to her is an avenue to tell a story, not necessarily hers, to the world. She is more inclined to the raw aspect of art like film photography, street art and theatre. At Mural Lingo, she likes connecting with different people from various backgrounds, pushing her to explore different types of work and art. In the future, she hopes to gain more wisdom and experience and eventually set up her own space like a cafe or a studio.
Afi is an Art Manager who has played a key role in building Artwalk Singapore, and an artist who has painted murals such as the NLB project, Saturday House and more.
