Jacelyn Chua graduated at University of the Arts London with a Bachelors Degree in Fashion. She has since returned to visual arts through graphic design and illustration.
To her, art is a way to see the mind and a form that expresses the soul. Being more inclined to geometric abstraction, she is incredibly drawn to intangible concepts reduced to different forms and colours. She idolises Hilma af Klint, Jean and Sophie Arp, Kandinsky and Matisse.
Her past works involve developing her style in colours and sound, creating colours in the form of shapes in which these shapes represents different states of being. In the future, she hopes to continue doodling shapes and mix sounds that others can groove to.
Jacelyn is our Designer, who designed murals for Pasar Athma, NOISE Singapore, Saturday House and more.
